Confession time: I used to get ghosted A LOT. Each time, I’d spiral into self-doubt. Was I too boring? Too eager? Not attractive enough?
But then I realized something game-changing: Ghosting says more about THEM than it does about ME.
It’s often about their own issues - fear of commitment, poor communication skills, or just plain rudeness. Sure, sometimes there’s no spark, but a mature person would say that directly.
This shift in perspective boosted my confidence big time. After that mindset shift, when someone ghosts, I thought to myself, ‘Their loss!’ and move on to better prospects.
Remember: You’re not responsible for someone else’s actions. Don’t let their silence drown out your worth.
