John Berry - WSM's 93rd birthday 20181005
John Berry was a guest in the WSM radio studio for an hour during the celebration of WSM's 93rd birthday. I made this video to preserve the historical moment for John & Robin Berry, as well as to make it available for his multitude of fans at any time. I incorporated photos (which I presume were taken by Robin) at the beginning to build a mental image for the listener, and also incorporated two videos (one in-studio [also by Robin?] and the great official video for his powerful song, "Wonderfully Broken") plus two album covers co-incident with songs from them. Rejoice in the changing images - all I had to look at during the 54-minute Internet broadcast was the static WSM web-page. But that was no effort for me, as I was born way before TV was invented, and was reared on radio drama and other programs. :-)
PS. For those who have not been to the WSM studio: The people you see outside the studio are guests or visitors of/at The Gaylord Opryland Hotel, as the studio is in an offset of one of the main corridors in the hotel. I have spent many wonderful days and nights in the hotel, and highly recommend it as a vacation spot - either as a base or nothing but a place to relax and recuperate.
