milk slice recipe
Ingredients:
eggs 4 pcs.
pinch of salt
sugar 120 g
water 20 g
vegetable oil 20 g
80 g flour + 50 g cocoa
0.5 tsp baking powder
Cream with ice cream flavor Plombir
120-150 g condensed milk (can also be replaced with sugar)
300 g cream from 30%
10 g gelatin (140-160 bl) + 60 g water
