[Tutorial] Open Broadcaster + Picarto/Twitch/Recording

Here is a new tutorial on how to setup your OBS to work on Picarto/ Twitch/Youtube and recording. Keep in mind that I only go through showing you how to setup with OBS to the best of my abilities, I am not an expert nor do I claim to be one, this is just how I setup mine! Also keep in mind that there are some problems I can't solve so try and look it up yourself, this tutorial is to help you with the basics on how to start it is your job to figure out the rest!
