BJ explains how to use Vallejo Airbrush Flow Improver when brush painting, creating glazes, and making washes with water based paints.
Flow Improver is a surface tension breaking solution. It basically stops the paint from creating water drops or beads. By removing the surface tension the paint will flow smoothly across the surface rather than pulling back and pooling.
A similar effect is created by using mild detergent, but without the colour or fragrance.
Water marks are also eliminated after drying.
