My Favorite Workout Recovery Tool | The Medcursor Massage Gun
Massage guns arguably the best mobility tool. They come with different heads for different soft tissue regions of the body. They are incredibly affordable and work for a long time. They are easily packable for trips and vacations. You don't have to lay on the ground or generate a bunch of force, because the massage gun does pretty much all the work for you. They feel amazing and are a super safe way to improve blood flow to the target area and aid in tissue healing. BONUS reason: They feel flipping good!! It does not appear that Medcursor sells the case anymore, but the gun is still $40 cheaper than when I bought mine and you can find an alternative gun that may work better for your needs! Feel free to ask any questions. I am happy to help!
