SpigotMC | How to Download a Spigot/CraftBukkit Minecraft Server
This video details how to get a server jar file, more specifically spigot.jar as you cannot simply download the server jar file anymore. I detail how to obtain the compiler to compile your own spigot.jar file to use in your server.

BuildTools (build.bat) Arguments:
java -jar BuildTools.jar
BuildTools (build.bat) Arguments for specific versions:
java -jar BuildTools.jar --rev 1.18.2
Simply replace 1.18.2 with your desired server version.
