Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga giving a cardiovascular workout, flowing through poses with breath and energy to create a moving meditation. With a focus on shoulder stability and flexibility you'll be sure to increase strength in your upper body and core.
Not recommended for complete beginners.
