Adobe Animate CC 2020 tutorial - how to create particles
In this tutorial, I will show you how to create particles in Adobe Animate CC 2020. In softwares like After Effects, there is a particle generator. There is nothing like that in Adobe Animate. So we will have to create particles in photoshop and animate them in Adobe Animate. This is not the best way how to create particles but you can achieve pretty good results with this kind of method.
