Changing My Aspect Ratio Every Match in R6 Siege... Pt. 1
If you think switching your aspect ratio mid-game is a terrible idea, you’re probably right—but I did it anyway.
In this video, I challenge myself to play matches using every single aspect ratio available in Rainbow Six Siege. I'm swapping my screen stretch every game to see if I can actually adjust and hit my shots, or if completely destroying my muscle memory makes the game unplayable.
These are all the different perspectives I forced myself to survive through:
16:9 (The default view)
16:10 (The comfortable middle ground)
4:3 (The classic sweat ratio)
5:4 (Ultra-wide targets)
21:9 (Absolute cinema mode)
Most players stick to one setting for years… but changing your aspect ratio completely shifts how fast enemies appear to move and how wide your targets look.
