• Fish filets (Redfish, trout, flounder, salmon, snapper)
• 1 stick of butter

👨🍳 Directions:
Melt ½ stick of butter in a microwave-safe dish
Dip fish filets in melted butter
Heavily coat with blackening seasoning
Melt remaining butter in a pan over medium-high heat
Add filets once butter is bubbling (not burning)
Cook 2½ minutes per side or until internal temp hits 140–145°F
