Who is DC Comics' Polka-Dot Man? He's Always "Spot On"
This video explores the abilities, powers, and origin of the DC Comics character "Polka-Dot Man" aka "Mister Polka-Dot". From Abner Krill mysteriously obtaining and using a unique multi-colored polka-dot suit to pull off heists all over Gotham City, garnering the ire of Batman and Robin, somehow capturing Robin for a brief period before Batman would save his sidekick and turn-in Abner to the authorities, temporarily using a baseball bat to go after the Gotham City Police Department's Officer Foley which resulted in Abner being pummeled by the roughneck GCPD Officer Harvey Bullock, still not learning his lesson and later getting suit upgrades by Professor Milo after joining a group of B-List villains led by General Immortus, to meeting his grisly demise thanks to a falling manhole cover during a battle that stemmed from his team's betrayal by Human Flame; Let's take a look at this quirky DC super-villain, and one of the most eclectic Batman villains to roam Gotham City.
