Why Non-Duality Is So Confusing (Paradox of Non-Duality Explained)
Non-duality means 'not two,' and refers to the fundamental reality that everything is ultimately one. However, on the level of forms, the relative experience is clearly dualistic (the perception of self vs other / subject vs object). The mind cannot grasp the paradox that separation exists within unity because the mind itself is confined by its own dualistic limitations, and direct experiential recognition of this understanding lies beyond the limitations of the mind.
