Dr. Charlie Adelson Deposition Part5 Dentist Disability Insurance Lawsuit v. Berkshire
This will be the last part of Dr. Charles "Charlie" Adelson's deposition being read verbatim by Judy the YouTube Lawyer. Adelson, DMD, was a successful dentist (periodontist) in the Miami area until he was arrested on April 21, 2022 for his alleged role in the 2014 murder of FSU law professor Dan Markel, his former brother-in-law. Charlie Adelson sued Berkshire Life in federal court in late 2020 over his claim for disability insurance benefits. This deposition was taken by the insurance company's attorney Thomas Hetherington in December 2021 before Adelson's arrest. There is no trial date set in either this civil lawsuit or the criminal case against Charles Adelson.
