GSJ2021: Session 14 - Impact of COVID-19 on crime statistics: challenges and opportunities
The 5th International Conference on Governance, Crime and Justice Statistics was organized by UNODC-INEGI’s Centre of Excellence in Statistical information on Government, Crime, Victimization and Justice, and delivered in an online format from 14 to 17 June 2021.
Moderated by Mr. Alex R. Piquero, University of Miami, United States of America, the session focused on the impact of COVID-19 on crime statistics, especially related to violence against women and children and gender-based violence.
