Out of office with Google Calendar
There may be times when you need to tend to your personal life and will be unavailable for meetings. Using Google Calendar’s Out of Office feature will help you to manage this. When you add an out-of-office event in Google Calendar, you can have meeting invitations automatically declined during that time frame. You can even have a custom message sent back giving a quick reason as to why you will be unable to attend.
