Kirara Build Guide! Includes Ascension materials, Talent materials, Weapons and Artifacts.
Kirara's main purpose is as a support that shields you, her shield scales off HP, so you want to try and get her HP as high as possible. Since there's only one HP weapon available right now (Please Fontaine, give us a craftable one!), the best weapon for her is the Key of Khaj-Nisut. This also helps boost EM, which is really useful for Dendro cores (So, if you have another Dendro character with Hydro and Electro in team, for example [Alhaitham/Nahida/Yaoyao] / [Xingqiu/Yelan/Nilou] / [Shinobu/Raiden/Kokomi]). Since EM is good with Dendro, this makes Freedom-Sworn and Xiphos' Moonlight another good choice. Another good choice is Iron String which is craftable and also gives EM. You could also use Sapwood Blade to further boost Dendro, but since this scales with ER it isn't really recommended. Favonius Sword is also another good choice (Easier to obtain for early players too), but mainly to be used as a battery for another Dendro character in your team (So when you do crit hits with Kirara, it'll make elemental particles, if you switch to a Dendro character to absorb these, they'll get more energy for their burst). Also note with her burst, her catbombs can be moved with Kazuha and Venti (Similar to Klee's bombs!)
As for artifacts, since you mainly want to use her as a Shield Support, Tenacity is the best choice with HP%/HP%/HP% stats. If you want to just try and get as much HP as possible with her, go with 2pc Tenacity and 2pc Vourukasha with HP%/HP%/HP%. Another good choice is Deepwood purely because if you rely on Dendro Cores in your team, they will get a huge buff from someone in your team using Deepwood, but note only one person in your team needs this set. Other artifact sets that could be useful is Noblesse 4pc, which can also buff your team when you do bursts, but only one person in your team would need this set.
If you want to go for an on-field build for her (Not recommended, at least for Spiral Abyss, mainly if you want to explore with her!), you could try Gladiator's 4pc, with Atk%/Physical or Dendro/Crit Rate or DMG. Her attacks do scale with Atk, but once again this isn't really recommended, she would benefit more as an support. She might work as an off-field DPS with EM though, similar to Yaoyao.
