GraphQL Kotlin Postgres Vert.x II
Create a GraphQL Vert.x server, with graphql-java Kotlin and Postgres database. We'll write in idiomatic Kotlin with coroutines.
**Correction passing the vertx object to PgPool.pool is to associate client with current vertx instance and its context. Not to prevent blocking event loop**
