How to setup HP OfficeJet 8040 and Software
The HP Officejet 8040 is an all-in-one printer, meaning that includes the ability to fax, scan, copy, and print, on top of this it has web services built in. HP has also partnered Neat software and included a three year subscription to the service with the Officejet 8040.

In addition there is a 1TB external hard drive included with the printer and mounted on the back of it so that you can store your documents on it. The Officejet 8040 provides speeds up to 14 ppm black and 9 ppm color, and has a resolution of up to 1200dpi. The paper tray has a 125 sheet input tray and 15 photo sheet holder and the controls are all on a 3.5” capacitive touchscreen. Connectivity on the printer include options for USB 2.0, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, RJ-45 Ethernet, and RJ-11 (telephone) for the fax.
