✅ In this video, we build a powerful AI-Based Push-Up Counter using YOLOv8 Pose Estimation, OpenCV, and Python.
The system detects your body joints, calculates elbow–shoulder–wrist angles, and counts push-up reps automatically in real time.
It supports Left View, Right View, and Front View and adapts to different camera positions using a smart alignment pipeline.
