0:16 Add a text box, enter text. Duplicate the text box and enter another text.
0:40 Change the font. Change back ground color and change the font color. Enlarge the fonts
1:13 To get a better effect of the end result required, get a stright line from the elements and place it as shown. Now move the upper text box to right and the lower text box to the left as shown. When text boxes are set delete the stright line.
2:08 Highlight the two text boxes and go to Effect. Select Hollow and set thickness to 11
2:30 Save the image and change the hollow effect back to none as shown
2:52 Go to elements and select a triangle from the frames. Enlarge the corners of the triangle to set bottom left corner and upper right corner.
3:12 Right click to set the layer of the frame triangle setting to front
3:23 Upload the image just saved and bring inside the triangle
3:40 Go to elements and select the stright line and set as shown. We are all set
