Mud Stache Trainer by Bossman is definitely a different type of mustache wax, this is labeled as a mustache trainer and I think if you're just growing out your mustache this would be a great product to start off with as your stache grew out. It is water-based which is a new one for me, I have not seen a water-based product for mustaches until this one. it has a texture that's closer to a cream then a wax, it holds well with a medium hold.
