Dead Cells 20,000+ HP Survival Build vs. 4BC Hand of the King
A good survival build is still usable on 4BC. You basically never die by damage from getting hit, you just die of Malaise if you get hit too much. Your Malaise meter will be your true life bar, and throughout the run you'll be able to get hit 30+ times before running out of potions and succumbing to the Malaise (and that's without YOLO and food shop potion refills).
It can be hard to get a good survival weapon though, since there are so few. If you get the right Legendary then you're set of course, but there are some good survival weapons. My favorite is mainly Shovel but also Broadsword for melee, Heavy Crossbow for close/mid range, and Nerves of Steel or Explosive Crossbow for long range. Lightning Bolt is also good against bosses.
