In this video tutorial, I'll show you how to activate or enable the TPM 2.0 chip on your motherboard. You can also do this with a virtual TPM with an AMD CPU (FTPM) or Intel CPU (PTT) if you don't have a TPM chip on your motherboard. You can also activate it manually from Windows or directly from your computer's UEFI.
An alternative for Intel or AMD if you DON'T have a TPM on your motherboard:

Windows key + R = "tpm.msc" (without quotes)

Access the UEFI: Buttons:
Acer: F2 or DEL.
ASUS: F2 for all PCs, F2 or DEL for motherboards.
Dell: F2 or F12.
HP: ESC or F10.
Lenovo: F2 or Fn + F2.
Lenovo (Desktops): F1.
Lenovo (ThinkPads): Enter + F1.
MSI®: DEL for motherboards and PCs.
Microsoft Surface Tablets: Press and hold the Volume Up button.
Origin PC®: F2.
Samsung®: F2.
Sony®: F1, F2, or F3.
Toshiba®: F2.

Inside UEFI
Note: These configuration options are sometimes included in a submenu in the UEFI BIOS labeled Advanced, Trusted Computing Security. The option to enable the TPM may be labeled Security Device, Security Device Support, TPM Status, AMD fTPM Switch, AMD PSP fTPM, Intel PTT, or Intel Platform Trust Technology.

• On ASUS: Go to the Advanced settings in the UEFI and find the Trusted Computing section. Here you can enable the TPM Support option by changing the status from Disable to Enable. Then, just save the changes and reboot.

• On MSI: Once in the UEFI, go to Advanced Options and look for the Trusted Computing option. Here you can enable the TPM option by changing the Security Device Support option from Disable to Enable. Then save the settings and reboot.

• On Lenovo: Once in the UEFI, go to the Security menu and navigate until you find the Security Chip Selection option. There you have to choose the Intel PTT option or PSP fTMP if you have an AMD processor. Then save the changes and reboot.

• On HP: Once in the UEFI, go to Security Options and enable TPM by changing the TPM State option to Enable. Then, simply save the settings and reboot.

• On Dell: Once in the UEFI, go to Security Options and look for the Firmware TPM option. There you change it from Disable to Enable. Then save the changes and reboot.
