P2tog tbl is the abbreviation for Purl two together through the back loop and creates a right-leaning decrease in knitting. On the other side, it will appear to be left, leaning, so it's exactly like an SSK (Slip, Slip, Knit).
First, loosen up the two stitches you want to purl together a bit with your right needle. Then insert the right needle through the back loops of those two stitches from left to right. Wrap the yarn around the needle counter-clockwise and pull through. That's how you purl two together through the back loop. It's probably the hardest knitting decrease
Here's an easier P2tog tbl alternative: Purl one stitch as normal, then slip it back the left needle with the yarn in front. Now, pass the second stitch over the one u just purled and slipped (so a bit like when you bind off) and then slip the first stitch back to your first needle.
You can also knit a p2tog and then twist the stitch with your hands clockwise b before you slip it onto the right needle.
