We will see how to sync your signed agreement with Dropbox and how to assign role for a document that need to sign or how to assign specific user to sign an agreement .
We will see basic document features and template document type .
Basic documents will need to handle manually .
Templates can be used multiple to time to use same structure for multiple documents . Templates can also use for both document type .
Stand alone document stands for automation . We can collect form data to use in an agreement .
There are wp form , contact form 7 , ninja form , gravity form etc extensions to connect a document with them . When user submit a form we can redirect or mail them to sign a service agreement document . Forms support stand alone document type for automation .
We can collect form name and email to use as legal name and email can be used for automatic email sending . We can also set reminder for users in wp form .
We can collect all data form wp form and use it in an agreement paper as we need .
Limitations of wp esignature :
There are no signature field to use signature field as we need in different location in our document . If we need to take multiple user sign from customer side , then we can not do that by that plugin .
For example if we need to take customer and witness sign , in this case there is no automation system to take multiple user sign .
We can handle it by basic document manually .
There are no conditional fields and no validation features .
