Mass radio network "ARZ-49" assembled on the tubes 6А7 (6А10С), 6Б8С and 30П1С. The body is made of metal, Nickel-plated (small series) or painted. The power supply with autotransformer designed for use with 127 or 220 V. the selenium Rectifier. The receiver chassis is isolated from the housing with rubber gaskets.
Receiver "ARZ-49" had only one figure of the scale - the Moscow Kremlin. Later released upgraded models of the RHA, some of which among others was a picture of the Moscow Kremlin, but the "ARZ-49" on the scale was a rectangular label ARZ-49, subsequent models such inscriptions were not. On the back wall was also written a radio "ARZ-49" and an inscription - 1949 model
