This is not exactly a digest, but a relatively light issue with two topics that have been occupying me lately. Talgar is still in the spotlight - the story of Sherzat Bolat's murder is far from over, and other news is flying in from there: either a suspected gang rape, or a possible rapist of his own niece escaping from a temporary detention facility, or shootouts that are not considered shootouts, but just hooliganism. I'll tell you in more detail what's going on there and how to react to all this.
