BPM is easy to use.
Go to https://www.conversion-tool.com/bpmde... and upload your audio track to get the beats per minute. Use that value for the BPM plugin effect.
BPM is built to last 5 minutes. If more time is needed, it can be extended by creating a new clip to "carry on". Clips can be video, Titles, Generators, or images (think transparent PNGs!).
Mix and match BPM styles by using a Basic Title to create change points in animation (as in this video). Just delete the text if it's not needed.
The small timer at the lower left corner is an assistant. Move the playhead to the position you want animation to start or stop, and copy that number into the "Start Mark" or "End Mark" parameters. Then turn it off (uncheck its option.)
