Hi Friends so today in this video i will teach you How to Fix vice city Requires at Least Directx Version 9 0 best and the easiest way :D
what you have to is go to your start menu and type program and features open it up then on the left side you will see an option ''Turn the windows features on or off'' then go down you may see a folder called legacy components click on the plus button and check both of the boxes direct play and legacy components after this hit OK then wait for the completion and if its says you to restart your PC then you must restart it after this run GTA VC it will fix all of your issues :)
