Breaking News! - REKAP - The Chicago Cubs hire Craig Counsell!
Kap is fired up because the Chicago Cubs have hired a new manager, #CraigCounsell. The news shocked the baseball world has the Cubs relieved manager David Ross of his duties and shockingly hired Craig Counsell to one of the largest manager contracts ever. Most people in baseball assumed the Mets were going to get Craig, but #JedHoyer operated stealthily and under the radar and swept in and hired him away from the Mets. Reportedly, Counsell wanted to stay in the Midwest, where he likes living and where his kids are in school. This hiring signals to the baseball world that the Cubs are back and ready to spend.
