In this video, I'll show you How to Create Paper Cut Out Effect in
Adobe Illustrator.

For this tutorial you need a contour image, you can use the filter on Photoshop to produce basic contour effect as I do in the first step on this tutorial.

Next step you bring the contour image to Illustrator, Trace it, give some nice color , add drop shadow and finally make Clipping for the artwork to hiding the unneeded shadow.
