Dov Hakmon - Shuk HaCarmel
A little while before the High Holy days, we visited Shuk HaCarmel and spoke with Dov Hakmon. Dov's food business may be new in Shuk HaCarmel, but he's certainly not new to the food industry. After having a tough time in Petach Tikva during the first lockdown, Dov relocated to Shuk HaCarmel. We spoke to him just a week and a half after opening his new business in the Shuk.
