I Broke up w/ J.B Hunt 🤦🏾♀️… Going Independent 🚛💨
So as the title says…I have decided to cut ties with J.B Hunt and went the independent route as a Lease Operator w/ Hirschbach Motor Lines. In this vlog, you’ll see my after thoughts on the process of orientation, and some of the things we went over in the hiring process. I just want to say that this decision has not been an easy one nor was it something that I treaded lightly over…but at the end of the day, I have standards and will not settle for less. They couldn’t get right so I had to go left. It is what it is. I’ll make more videos later on how I decided on choosing Hirschbach, and as well as what other companies I had considered in the process, what questions I asked etc.
Thank you guys for tuning in!!!! I know it’s been a hot Kentucky minute, but I’m back after decompressing all the nonsense I dealt with, and ready to start cranking out content like it’s nobody’s business.
