You can uninsstall engine versions through Epic Games launcher. Start the launcher, go to “Unreal Engine” tab, then “Library”, then delete items you no longer want. I believe the launcher itself can be deleted via “Uninstall a program” menu. I’m not sure if this will remove all installed content or not.
