The X's are what number you want on the stat. First XXX is attack ID, the second XXX is defence ID, the third XXX is sp. attack ID, the fourth XXX is sp. defence ID, and last XXX is speed ID, Pick how high you want that stat 100-999. To use it on the pokemon you click summery on the pokemon, go to the stats on your pokemon and press L+R. Go back to that pokemon and it will have your wanted stats.
