Today we're going to talk about fast and easy Zoho CRM email integration.
In order to configure your email address in Zoho, go to the settings, under channels - email, select email, click on the get started and select your email service; Zoho mail, Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Office or other mail.
When you select your email service, select IMAP, this is a preferred protocol to be used.
When you click on this, the system will ask you to fill-in your email credentials.
And now you can see, send, and receive emails in your Zoho CRM email account. Make sure to follow this Zoho crm setup guide.
Now that you've managed to integrate your email to Zoho CRM account, you're ready to add emails with custom domain to your Zoho CRM application.
