Pipeline Management in ALGO-CRM (English)

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to create and manage Pipelines in ALGOCRM — helping your team track enquiries, support workflows, and deal progress more efficiently.
🔹 Step-by-Step Guide:
1️⃣ Log in and select your company (for example: Arihant Solution Two)
2️⃣ From the dashboard, navigate to Administration → Master Data → Pipeline
3️⃣ On the Pipeline List page, view all existing pipelines
4️⃣ To create a new pipeline, click ➕ Add New and fill out the form
👉 Example Setup:
Pipeline Name: Hardware Sales
Workflow: Enquiry or Support
Stages: Call Received → Quote Shared → Deal Done → Matured (Success) / Dropped (Not Successful)
You can also:
✔ Add stages with the ➕ plus icon
🗑️ Delete stages with the trash icon
💾 Save the pipeline by clicking Submit
