for solve this problem Login in your wp admin. Deactivate your all plugging one by one form plug-in area. And check your, visual composer is working or not if its not working. Switch wp default theme and clear your browser cache. After complete this 3 steps You will see

Again start here Login your hosting Cpanel, or connect your ftp. Access your web root directory and Try to replace this folder files .
