Once, there was a kingdom whom nobody dared to face
A “Daughter of Evil” was said to rule the land
Feared by her people, respected by her servants,
Nobody dared to fight back for the fear of them losing their heads
I am a prince taken away due to the adults’ selfish desires
Separated for years, my sister became the queen while I became her servant
Merciless and treacherous, away the rumors about her went
Don’t they know that my beloved sister is the kindest one of all?
They all call her the “Daughter of Evil”
Alas! Then go ahead and call me the “Servant of Evil”
For we are a pair of twins sired from the same cursed bloodline
Oh, my sister, don’t you want a brioche for today’s snack?
There then came a time when the people can no longer bear their anger
Down came the castle walls as the revolution strengthened their forces
Away went the servants as to save their lives
But I refused to flee. Not when my sister’s life is in danger.
The revolution roared in triumph; everyone was shedding tears of happiness
I had my eyes fixed on the ground as they led me to my final stand
When I raised my head to look at the crowd, there I saw my sister, her eyes brimming with tears
“Oh, my, it is now time for afternoon tea.”
