RPCS3 0.0.10-10435 Alpha - No no Kuni - Without '--no-gui' option even frame pacing.
Ignore the vertexes exploding all over the place, this is to showcase the even frame pacing when not using the --no-gui option to launch rpcs3 (in a desktop shortcut, or a Steam shortcut, for example).
This video shows the opposite, un-even frame pacing without the option used:
