Install Ventoy to USB from MacOS (via VirtualBox)
Unfortunately the ventoy2disk.sh script, included in Ventoy for linux, is just not compatible with MacOS.
However, we can spin up a virtual machine inside VirtualBox, running the Ventoy LiveCD, and attach our USB device as a workaround to install Ventoy on USB devices from MacOS.
