I can't even imagine how much this is affecting people who have my cpu but a better GPU, this is a stupid bug for them to let pass by QA.. Yes, it is only boosting by about 5-10% in the video, if that.. but the stability and lack of stutter, oh my is it improved, I finally know why I was getting drops below 60fps cap while my GPU usage wasn't even 100%, and CPU was still 50%

If you don't want to go to his, here's the fix: back up your cyberpunk main exe, use HXD editor to open it,
Find (Hex category): (it will highlight it once you find it)
