Amazing compassion from Toto Wolff
Toto Wolff's Mercedes "silver arrows" F1 cars lost the Monza, Italy, Grand Prix September 8, 2019 to Ferrari, but he won my admiration for calling it a good thing, as the grieving young driver dedicated his first F1 Grand Prix victory to his best friend, who died in a F2 crash the previous day. It takes a mature person to believe "everything happens for a reason" after his best efforts have failed. It is not a "cop out," but a realization that acceptance and moving forward is always better than anger and bitterness.
