Quickly identifying project problems with Red-Amber-Green indicators is easy to do with Project for the web. Red-Amber-Green indicators (often called RAG indicators or stop-light indicators) help you easily target problems and create plans to get you out of trouble.
In Project for the web you manually configure the indicators, using meaningful and coloured Emojis for your RAG indicators. You can blend these with text to be clear about the meaning for each indicator.
The RAG indicators must be set manually and the PM must take care to update the RAG indicators often so that the meaning of each indicator is accurate.
