Andasreth Propylon Index - Master Index Walkthrough (TES III Morrowind: MI)

All the Propylon Indices are in the same locations, no matter whether you have the plugin or not, however, without the plugin you cannot do the quest and you cannot receive the Master Propylon Index at the end.
You start the Master Index Quest by talking to Folms Mirel, the steward of Caldera Mages Guild, about work. Andasreth Propylon Index is found in a communal hat, on the top of the Dunmer Stronghold, Hlormaren. You can skip the entire stronghold and just levitate/jump to the top, like I did, but you can also go through the stronghold if you like - you'll get some Orcish weapons & one Glass Jinxblade at the very least.
The Andasreth Propylon Index is technically owned by Brilnosu Llarys, who is a Morag Tong target, however there's no need to fight her as she's outside the hut where the propylon index is located.
You get 500 gold per every index you turn in. Next will be the Rotheran Propylon Index.
