How to fix Valorant couldn't start error on Windows 11 and 10
If your Valorant game won’t launch or could not start in Windows ,and displays a long message stating some data like Valorant-Win64-Shipping.exe

Step 1: Delete temporary files on the temp folder
Step 2: Check or Uncheck the run the program as adminstartor
Navigate to the file: “Valorant-Win64-Shipping.exe” located generally in:
Local disk (C:) - Riot Games - Valorant - live - ShooterGame - Binaries - Win64
Right click on the file and select “Properties” and then select “Compatability” tab.
If the “Run the program as an administrator” is unchecked then
check it, else uncheck it click Apply .
Finally, restart the PC and Valorant will successfully launch.
