Download and Install VirtualBox in Windows 10
Verify that Hyper-V is not enabled in Windows 10. Download VirtualBox and VirtualBox Extension Pack. Install VirtualBox. Install VirtualBox Extension Pack.
For some reason not understood my video capture software did not capture all User Access Control screens (UAC) in the install process. Everything seems to have installed correctly and VirtualBox runs in my Win10 computer.
