Sausage Donuts
Dough Ingredients:
500g high protein flour
60g granulated sugar
5g instant yeast
7g salt
2 egg yolks
250ml cold water
60g Butter/Margarine
1 sachet powdered milk
Dipping: 2 egg whites + 2 tbsp flour + 100ml water (mix together)
Breadcrumbs to taste
Toppings: Sausages (cut in half and fried briefly), lettuce, tomato/chili sauce, mayonnaise.
