The best grasses from Iława - sport mix. It's great. It does well on the shaded north side of the house.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Arpon brand grass. It contains forage grass seeds, so after a while, after many mowings, it becomes hard, stiff, and unpleasant. I sowed 100 square meters and removed the whole thing after the season.
